SEA SEO Manager job for Google Ads, SEO, and e-commerce

We are hiring a full-time SEA / SEO Manager (m/f/d) to support search advertising, SEO, and performance marketing for our international team.

The SEA SEO Manager role combines paid search, SEO, and performance analysis. At HosonoDE you work on Google Ads, keyword research, ad copy, SEO content, and reporting for D-A-CH e-commerce clients.

It suits people who think analytically and still ship practical changes. You turn data into next steps, keep campaigns structured, and connect shop, content, and engineering topics.

Analyze, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Keyword research, ad copy, and ongoing performance reviews
SEO improvements for product, category, and landing page content
Collaboration with engineering and e-commerce management

Experience with SEA, SEO, or performance marketing
Solid handling of keywords, campaign structure, and reporting
Analytical mindset and careful documentation
Strong German
Interest in e-commerce and technical shop systems

Salary depends on SEA, SEO, analytics, and e-commerce performance experience:

Basic Level with solid fundamentals in keywords, campaign structure, and SEO on-page work: JPY 3.0 to 3.5 million per year plus overtime and bonus
Experienced Level with confident Google Ads optimization, reporting, and practical SEO implementation: JPY 3.5 to 4.0 million per year plus overtime and bonus
Senior Level with several years of performance marketing experience and independent client ownership: JPY 4.0 to 4.5 million per year plus overtime and bonus
Expert Level with deep SEA/SEO expertise, strategy ownership, and technical shop awareness: JPY 4.5 to 7.0 million per year plus overtime and bonus
