Salary depends on PHP backend experience, technical depth, and responsibility level:

Basic Level with solid PHP, database, and API fundamentals: JPY 3.0 to 3.5 million per year plus overtime and bonus
Experienced Level with confident Symfony, Shopware, or integration experience: JPY 3.5 to 4.0 million per year plus overtime and bonus
Senior Level with several years of backend experience, clean architecture work, and production responsibility: JPY 4.0 to 4.5 million per year plus overtime and bonus
Expert Level with deep PHP expertise, technical leadership, and confidence in complex e-commerce systems: JPY 4.5 to 7.0 million per year plus overtime and bonus
